The firm will continue to focus on all aspects of domestic-relations law, inclusive of complex business valuation and asset tracing, spousal and child support matters, challenging custody issues, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.  The firm’s partners—with associates Ann N. Luu and Laura M. O’Brien—are determined to optimize their clients’ goals, whether through negotiated settlement, mediation, or litigation. The firm recognizes the difficulty facing its clients and strives to provide them with a clear understanding of the law so they can make informed decisions about their cases. Kelly has served on the Virginia State Bar Council and is past chair of the Virginia State Bar’s Judicial Nominations Committee. Byrnes is a current member and past chair of the 5th District Disciplinary Committee of the Virginia State Bar, as well as a member of the Judicial Nominations Committee. Danker serves on a number of committees, including the board of governors for the Virginia State Bar’s Young Lawyers Conference and as vice-chair of the 5th District Disciplinary Committee of the Virginia State Bar. She is also Virginia’s Young Lawyers Division Delegate in the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates.
